Refund policy

If items are unworn, unwashed and unused you may return within 14 days of purchase date.

All items that are deemed faulty or damaged during shipping must be reported to Twisted Line Boutique, no later then 14 days from purchase date. Please email a picture of damage on item to: twistedlineboutique@gmail.com

If a return meets the above criteria, your return will be processed within 5 business days. All approved returns will receive your purchase price, minus shipping cost.

Exchange: If its a size issue please return item and re-order the size you need. (shipping cost cannot be refunded)
